1. Cancellations
We understand that plans can change. You are entitled to a zero-fee, no-questions-asked cancellation if your request is made reasonably before the cooking time.
Free Cancellation Window: You can cancel your order completely free of charge before Saturday 10:00 AM.
2. Processing Time
Once your cancellation request is confirmed within the eligible window, your refund will be initiated immediately. Please allow 5-7 business days for the amount to reflect in your original payment method, depending on your bank's processing times.
3. Quality Guarantee
Our slow-cooked authentic biryani is a labor of love. In the highly unlikely event that your meal does not meet our strict quality standards or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately upon delivery with a photograph. We will evaluate the issue and make it right through a full or partial refund.
4. Late Cancellations
Because our biryanis are prepared in highly limited, meticulously planned batches that take several hours of preparation, any cancellations made after the free cancellation window (Saturday 10:00 AM) cannot be refunded.
